Project Update - Week of March 25th, 2024

Please see the below project update and list of activities scheduled for the week of March 25th, 2024

• The site contractor will continue the outdoor learning lab site preperation. 
• The general trades contrctor will continue installation of interior and exterior expansion joints. 
• The waterproofing contrator will continue caulking of exterior masonry and metal panel joints. 
• The concrete contractor will continue forming the front entrance stair foundations and outdoor learning lab concrete sidewalks. 
• The masonry contractor will continue erecting the final masonry elevation at the project's loading and trashout area. 
• The general trades contractor will continue  level 1 door and hardware installation. 
• The general trades contractor will continue taping of stair A closure walls. 
• The resilient flooring contractor will continue the level 2 corridor flooring and commence level 1 corridor. 
• The painting contractor will continue final painting of the level 2 area C classrooms.
• The painting contractor will continue final caulking of all windows.  
• The ceiling contractor will continue kitchen and lobby ceiling installation. 
• The ceiling contractor will continue coordinating with the MEP trade partners for ceiling tile device installation on level 1 and 2.
• The millwork and casework contractor will continue level 1 admin area casework install. 
• The plumbing contractor will continue level 1 classroom sink installation.  
• The mechanical contractor will install the RTU catwalks.
• The mechanical contractor will install the radiant heat panels in the lobby. 
• The electrical contractor will continue installation of the lobby and kitchen light fixtures. 
• The electrical contractor will continue initial inspections and testing of the fire alarm system. 
• The fire protection contractor will continue setting fire protection heads into completed ceilings on level 1  
• The specialties contractor will continue installation of the toilet partitions. 
• The misc. metals contractor will continue installation of the interior handrails. 
• The epoxy flooring contractor will commence the kitchen floor installation. 
• The shade contractor will commence shade installation in the level 2 classrooms. 
• The gym flooring contractor will commence the gym subfloor installation.
