Project Update - Week of April 1st, 2024

Please see the below project update and list of activities scheduled for the week of April 1st, 2024

• The site contractor will continue the outdoor learning lab site preparation and commence the perimeter road landscape area preparation. 
• The waterproofing contractor will continue caulking of exterior masonry and metal panel joints. 
• The general trades contractor will commence metal framing of the outdoor stem patio ceiling. 
• The concrete contractor will commence forming of the outdoor learning lab exterior flatwork. 
• The general trades contractor will continue level 1 door and hardware installation. 
• The resilient flooring contractor will continue the level 1 corridor flooring.
• The painting contractor will continue final painting of the level 2. 
• The painting contractor will continue final caulking of all windows.
• The ceiling contractor will continue the lobby ceiling grid and panel installation. 
• The ceiling contractor will continue coordinating with the MEP trade partners for ceiling tile device installation on level 1.
• The millwork and casework contractor will continue level 1 admin area casework install. 
• The millwork and casework contractor will commence installation of the cafeteria acoustic panels. 
• The plumbing contractor will continue level 1 classroom sink installation.  
• The mechanical contractor will install the RTU catwalks.
• The mechanical contractor will install the radiant heat panels in the lobby. 
• The mechanical contractor will continue with initial factory startup of the RTUs. 
• The controls contractor will continue integrating equipment into the building management system. 
• The electrical contractor will continue installation of the lobby light fixtures. 
• The fire protection contractor will continue setting fire protection heads into completed ceilings on level 1  
• The specialties contractor will continue installation of the toilet accessories and partitions.
• The misc. metals contractor will continue installation of the interior handrails. 
• The epoxy flooring contractor will continue the kitchen floor installation. 
• The shade contractor will continue shade installation in the level 2 classrooms. 
• The gym flooring contractor will continue the gym floor installation.
