Project Update - Week of June 24th, 2024

Please see the below project update and list of activities scheduled for the week of June 24th, 2024

• The demolition contractor will continue abatement of the existing FloRo area B & A. 
• The demolition contractor will continue disposal of the modular unit demolition material. 
• The site contractor will continue infiltration system installation now that the south modular unit has been demolished. 
• The site contractor will continue subgrade preperation of all pavement areas. 
• The concrete contractor will continue prepparing front entrance concrete walks. 
• The painting contractor will continue painting of exterior rails and structural steel. 
• The millwork and casework contractor will continue installation of the media center desk and the exterior benches. 
• The MEP contractors will continue testing, balancing and commissioning of all equipment working with the project's commissioning agent. 
• The MEP contractors will continue system pre-functional testing of the kitchen equipment. 
• The electrical contractor will continue final system programming. 
• All contractor's will continue addressing punchlist items.
