Project Update - Week of May 13th, 2024

Please see the below project update and list of activities scheduled for the week of May 13th, 2024

• The site contractor will continue preperation of the perimeter front concrete subgrade and setting of light pole bases. 
• The concrete contractor will continue forming and pouring of the front entrance concrete.
• The landscape contractor will continue spreading of loam and layout of trees and shrubs. 
• The landscape contractor will continue installation of the kindergarten playground. 
• The misc. metals contractor will continue the installation of the exterior rails. 
• The waterproofing contractor will continue exterior expansion joint caulking. 
• The general trades contractor will continue framing of the stem patio ceiling. 
• The resilient flooring contractor will continue the level 1 lobby flooring.
• The painting contractor will continue final painting of level 1.
• The ceiling contractor will continue installation of ceiling tiles. 
• The millwork and casework contractor will continue installation of the stair B and platform stair treads and media center seating. 
• The plumbing contractor will continue final connections of kitchen equipment. 
• ALL MEP contractor's will continue final connections to the food service equipment. 
• The mechanical contractor will continue with equipment commissioning. 
• The controls contractor will continue integrating equipment into the building management system. 
• The controls contractor will commense building commissioning. 
• The fire protection contractor will continue setting fire protection heads into completed ceilings on level 1  
• The specialties contractor will continue installation of the toilet accessories and partitions.
• The shade contractor will continue shade installation in the level 1 classrooms.
