Project Update - Week of November 20th, 2023

Please see the below project update and list of activities scheduled for the week of November 20th 2023

• The general trades contractor will continue metal framing activities in the cafeteria and kitchen
• The generla trades contractor will continue drywall activities on level 1 A
• The general trades contractor will continue taping level 1 area D
• The general trades contractor will commence drywall of the project areas and the stair D
• The painting contractor will continue level 2 and level 1 classrooms
• The panting contractor will prime and paint the Platform exposed structure
• The ceiling contractor will continue ceiling grid on level 1 C
• The fire protection contractor will continue overhead rough in of the cafeteria and platform
• The plumbing contractor will continue level 1 B in wall rough-in and insulation install
• The mechanical contractor will continue VAV duct connections on level 1 D and A
• The mechanical contractor will continue setting radiant panels into ceiling grid
• The mechanical contractor will commence duct tie-in to the roof curbs
• The electrical contractor will continue overhead rough-in on level 1 area B gym and cafeteria
• The electrical contractor will continue installation of level 2 area c light fixtures
• The electrical contractor will commence installation of level 2 area d light fixtures
• The tile contractor will continue installation of level 2 single bathrooms
• The elevator contractor will continue installation and assist other trades work within the elevator pit
• The waterproofing contractor will commence waterproofing of the stem patio ceiling. 
• The metal windows contractor will continue installation of the translucent panel in the gym
• The roofing contractor will continue roof system tie-ins to the RTU curbs and installation of the perimeter metal edge
