Project Update - Week of October 16th, 2023

Please see the below project update and list of activities scheduled for the week of 10/16.

• The site contractor will continue the Outdoor Learning Lab subgrade preperation of concrete walkways. 
• The masonry contractor will continue masonry install at the courtyard bumpouts. 
• The window contractor will continue storefront installation. 
• The metal panel contractor will continue the main canopy metal panel ceiling installation and the front entrance metal wall panel. 
• The general trades contractor will continue interior metal framing and soffit erection on level 1 area A & B. 
• The general trades contractor will continue in-wall blocking on level 1 area A. 
• The general trades contractor will continue drywall and taping on level 1 C & D. 
• The painting contractor will continue painting on level 2 area A and Level 1 area C. 
• The ceiling contractor will continue ceiling grid install on level 2 area C and area D. 
• The fire protection contractor will continue sprinkler overhead rough-in on level 1 area A & B.
• The fire protection contractor will commence the outdoor stem patio fire protection system.  
• The plumbing contractor will continue in-wall rough in on level 1 area A. 
• The plumbing contractor will complete the kitchen underslab piping. 
• The mechanical contractor will continue tie-in of the level 1 area D VAVs. 
• The mechanical contractor will continue in-wall duct insulation in level 1 A. 
• The mechanical contractor will continue radiant heat panel installation in the level 2 area A. 
• The mechanical contractor will continue setting radiant panel into ceiilng grid on level 2 Area D & A.  
• The mechanical contractor will continue radiant heat panel final valve connections on level 2. 
• The electrical contractor will continue main electric room buildout. 
• The electrical contracotr will continue temporary power runs to the mechanical and elevator rooms. 
• The electrical contractor will commence light fixture install on level 2 Area C Mock-up room. 
• The elevator contractor will continue elevator installation. 
• The tile contractor will continue level 2 C & D group bathroom floor and wall tile.
