Project Update - Week of January 8th, 2024

Please see the below project update and list of activities scheduled for the week of January 8th 2024

• The general trades contractor will continue hanging drywall in the Lobby, Cafeteria, and Kitchen
• The general trades contractor will continue hanging drywall in the Stair D
• The general trades contractor will continue taping level 1 area A & B as well as Stair C and D 
• The resilient flooring contractor will continue withflooring installation on level 2 area D. 
• The painting contractor will continue painting the level 1 classrooms, corridors, and admin area. 
• The ceiling contractor will continue ceiling grid on level 2 bathrooms and level 2 corridors.
• The ceiling contractor will continue coordinating with the MEP trade partners for ceiling tile device installation on level 2.  
• The millwork and casework contractor will continue window sill installation on level 2. 
• The millwork and casework contractor will commence level 1 area C classroom casework installation
• The millwork and casework contractor will commence level 2 corridor cubby installation
• The metal windows contractor will continue installation of the interior storefronts in the Media Center and Admin area. 
• The plumbing contractor will continue the kitchen in wall rough-in and pipe insulation
• The mechanical contractor will continue ceiling diffuser installation on level 2 
• The mechanical contractor will continue setting radiant panels into completed ceiling grid
• The electrical contractor will continue overhead rough in on level 1 area B cafeteria, kitchen, and gymnasium
• The electrical contractor will continue installation and wiring of level 1 area C and D light fixtures. 
• The electrical contractor will commence wiring of the level 2 corridor light fixtures
• The tile contractor will continue level 2 corridor tile
• The tile contractor will continue level 1 group bathroom floor and wall tile preperation
