Project Update - Week of September 18th, 2023

Please see the below project update and list of activities scheduled for the week of 9/18.

• The site contractor will commence subgrade preperation of the outdoor learning lab concrete walks. 
• The masonry contractor will continue masonry install at the courtyard bump outs. 
• The window contractor will continue installation of windows on level 1 area B.
• The window contractor will continue waterproofing of installed windows on level 1 area C &D. 
• The window contractor will commence installation of exterior storefronts.
• The metal panel contractor will continue metal panel installation of the low roof translucent panel perimeter and the area A west bumpout. 
• The general trades contractor will continue interior metal framing on level 1 area A. 
• The general trades contractor will continue in-wall blocking on level 1 area A. 
• The general trades contractor will commence interior insulation on level 1 area C. 
• The general trades contractor will continue gypsum board installation on level 2 area A and level 1 area C & D
• The general trades contractor will continue taping on level 2 area A. 
• The general trades contractor will continue buildout of the telecommunciations rooms. 
• The painting contractor will continue painting of level 2 area C & D. 
• The fire protection contractor will continue sprinkler rough in on level 1 area A. 
• The plumbing contractor will continue in-wall rough in on level 1 Area D & A. 
• The plumbing contractor will continue pipe insullation on level 2 A and level 1 C. 
• The plumbing contractor will continue installation of the cafeteria canopy roof drains. 
• The plumbing and mechanical contractor will continue buildout of the mechanical room. 
• The plumbing contractor will commence kitchen underground installation. 
• The mechanical contractor will continue installation of the level 2 VAVs. 
• The mechanical contractor will continue duct insulation on level 1 area D and C. 
• The mechanical contractor will commence radiant heat panel installation in the level 2 area C classrooms. 
• The electrical contractor will continue buildout of the electric rooms. 
• The electrical contractor will continue overhead rough in in the gym and cafeteria. 
• The electrical contractor will continue in-wall rough in on level 1 area A. 
• The electrical contractor will commence classroom overhead fixture accessory installation on level 2 area C. 
• The electrical contractor will continue telecommunications room buildout.
