Project Update - Week of Septemer 25th, 2023

Please see the below project update and list of activities scheduled for the week of 9/25.

• The site contractor will commence kitchen underground execation. 
• The masonry contractor will continue masonry install at the courtyard bumpouts. 
• The window contractor will continue storefront installation on the classroom wing courtyard elevations. 
• The metal panel contractor will continue metal panel installation at the area C south bumpout and the low roof. 
• The general trades contrractor will continue interior metal framing on level 1 area A. 
• The general trades contractor will continue in-wall blocking on level 1 area D and A. 
• The general trades contractor will continue hanging drywall on level 1 area C. 
• The general trades contractor will commence taping on level 1 Area C. 
• The painting contractor will contineu painting on level 2 area C & D. 
• the fire protection contractor will continue sprinkler overhead rough-in on level 1 area A & B. 
• The plumbing contractor will continue kitchen underground plumbing. 
• The plumbing contractor will continue pipe insulation on level 1 area C. 
• The plumbing contractor will continue in-wall rough in on level 1 area A. 
• The mechanical contractor will continue tie-in of the level 2 VAVs. 
• The mechanical contractor will continue in-wall duct in level 1 A. 
• The mechanical contractor will continue radiant heat panel installation in the level 2 area C classrooms. 
• The electrical contractor will continue in-wall rough in on level 1 area A. 
• The electrical contractor will continue classroom lighting control rough in on level 2 area C & D.
