Please see the below project update and list of activities scheduled for the week of September 19th 2022. 

• The irrigation with complete final position of irrigation heads. 
• The track surface contractor will begin placing of the synthetic track surface. 
• The electrical contractor in coordiantion with GELD will complete the ductbanks to Champney Street and connect to the new utility poles provided by GELD. 
• The concrete contractor will continue forming and placing concrete foundations in Areas A & B.  
• Concrete placements are tentatively scheduled for Monday, 9/19, Wednesday, 9/21, and Friday, 9/23. 
• The site contractor will continue exterior insulation install and backfill of the foundation walls in Areas C & D.  
• The site contractor will continue foundation excavation of Areas A & B. 
• The site contractor will continue utility installation below the proposed perimeter access road.
• The site contractor will continue various grading activities around the site.

• Exporting excess materials from the site shall continue this week.   
• The fencing contractor will complete the athletic field retaining wall fence installation. 
• The irrigation system will be completed
• The drainage structure covers will be installed
• The electrical contractor will commence providing power to the new athletic field shed location 
• The concrete contractor will continue foundation construction for the classroom wings Area C & D. 
• The site contractor will continue to excavate the Area A & B foundations. 
• The electrical and site contractors will continue the electrical ductbank installation down Champney Street. 
• The site contractor will continue various grading activities around the site. 

• Complete Con-Com and Stormwater Agent inspection of erosion control measures. 
• The site contractor will begin stripping topsoil at the new track & field location.
• The site contractor will begin demolition of existing field equipment, fencing, benches, etc.
• Electrical and plumbing contractors will complete the construction trailer electrical and plumbing hookups. 

• The fence contractor will complete the driven post and fence installation.
• The site contractor will complete the installation of erosion control measures along the perimeter of the construction site. 
• The project will conduct the perimeter erosion control and SWPPP inspections with the town Conservation Committee Inspector and the Storm Water Advisory Agent.  
• The site contractor will complete the implementation of the temporary construction access road. 
• The site contractor will also mobilize additional earth moving equipment.

• The Surveyor's and layout engineers will continue to establish the construction area boundaries allowing all further work to be laid out. 
• The temporary construction fence installation will continue: 
  • Continue layout of the remaining construction fence around the rear of the site. 
  • Continue driving posts and hanging of fence along the rear of the site. 
  • Begin preparation for all remaining auxiliary construction fence access gates. 
• The site contractor will commence instllation of erosion control measures. 
• The temporary construction access road activities will commence. 
• Initial tree removal will commence.
