  • The general trades contractor will continue exterior framing & sheathing in Areas A & B. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue layout and interior framing on level 2 Areas A & B. 
  • The waterproofing contractor will continue installation of waterproofing membrane in Areas A & B. 
  • The masonry contractor will continue installation of exterior masonry veneer in Areas A & B
  • The mechanical contractor will continue installation of overhead mechanical duct and piping on Level 2 Area A and Level 1 C. 
  • The plumbing contractor will continue installation of overhead and in-wall plumbing piping on Level 2 Areas D & A, and Level 1 Area D. 
  • The electrical contractor will continue installation of overhead rough-in on Level 2 Area A and continue in-wall rough-in on Level 2 Areas C & D. 
  • The fire protection contractor will continue installation of fire protection pipe on Level 1 Area C. 
  • The window contractor will continue with installation of the metal windows in Area C & D.

  • The concrete contractor shall complete the preperation of the Slab on Grades in Area A and Gymnasium of the building.
  • Concrete placement of of the gymnasium is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, 6.22. 
  • The misc metals contractor will continue erection of Stair C. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue exterior framing in areas A & B. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue layout and interior framing on level 2 areas C & D. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue layout of interior walls on level 2 A. 
  • The waterproofing contractor will continue installation of waterproofing membrane in areas A & B. 
  • The masonry contractor will continue installation of exterior masonry veneer in Areas C & D. 
  • The mechanical contractor will continue installation of overhead mechanical duct and piping on Level 2 Area A and Level 1 C. 
  • The plumbing contractor will continue installation of overhead and in-wall plumbing piping on Level 2 Areas C, D, & A, and Level 1 Area C. 
  • The electrical contractor will continue installation of overhead rough-in on Level 2 Area A and continue in-wall rough-in on Level 2 Areas C & D.

  • The sitework contractor will commence preperation of the Slab on Grade in Area A and the Gym

  • The plumbing contractor will continue installation of overhead and in-wall plumbing piping in level 2 C, D, & A, and level 1 C. 
  • The electrical contractor will continue installation of temporary lighting in the Gym. 
  • The electrical contractor will continue installation of overhead rough-in on level 2 A and in-wall rough-in on level 2 C&D. 
  • The fire protection contractor will continue installation of fire protection pipe on level 2.

Project Update - Week of April 10th, 2023

  • The site contractor will continue placing and compacting gravel for the entrance road way.  Paving of this area is scheduled for the week of 4/17 while the District is on Spring Break.
  • The site contractor will continue with the excavation and sub-grade prep for the remaining UG plumbing in Area B of the building.
  • The site contractor will continue preperation of the classroom wing slab on grade. 
  • The general trades contractor shall continue with the lay-out and installation of roof blocking at mechanical equipment and penetration locations.
  • The concrete contractor will prepare to place the slab on deck for Level 2 Area A & B. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue layout and framing of exterior walls on the 2nd level classroom wings. 
  • The mechanical contractor will continue with the lay-out of duct hangers on the second level of Area C of the building.
  • The plumbing contractor will continue with the installation of roof drain bodies on Areas A & B of the building. 
  • The plumbing contractor will continue with the installation of UG plumbing in Area B of the building.
  • The roofing contractor shall continue with the installation of roof dense deck and AVB on the roof.
  • The electrical contractor shall commence with the installation of temp power and lighting provisions on the second level of Area C of the building.
  • The masonry contractor shall commence errection of the CMU elevator shaft. 
  • The waterproofing contractor shall commence the waterproofing membrane installation at the top of the foundation wall.

  • The site contractor will begin the installation of drainage infilitration system IT-2 on the South-West side of the site.
  • The general trades contractor shall continue with the lay-out and installation of roof blocking.
  • The general trades contractor will continue framing activities including knee walls on the roof levels and exterior beam infills on the perimeter of Areas C, D, & A.
  • The concrete contractor will continue preparation of the slab on deck and installation of concrete rebar and welded wire mesh in all level 2 areas.
  • The plumbing contractor will continue to layout roof and level 2 openings as well as install level 2 slab on deck sleeves. 
  • The building electrical contractor will continue layout and installation of underslab electrical and telecommunications conduit.
