  • The metal panel contractor will continue installation of the the Area D metal panel bump out.
  • The window contractor will continue waterproofing of the window systems. 
  • The window contractor will continue window installation on level 2 A. 
  • The roofing contractor will continue installation metal roof edge install and low roof roofing system install. 
  • The general trades contractor will complete the low roof and main canopy roof edge blocking. 
  • The general trades contractor continue level 2 area A perimeter wall insulation. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue drywall installation on level 2 area D & A. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue in-wall blocking installation on level 1 C. 
  • the general trades contractor will continue taping in level 2 area C. 
  • The electrical contractor will continue electrical room build-out.
  • The electrical contractor continue in-wall electrical rough-in on level 1 area D. 
  • The fire protection contractor will continue sprinkler pipe rough-in on level 1 area A & B. 
  • The mechanical contractor will continue overhead duct installation on level 1 Area A. 
  • The mechanical contractor will continue in-wall duct installation on level 2 area B and level 1 area C. 
  • The mechanical controls contractor will continue in-wall rough-in on level 1 area C & D. 
  • The mechanical and plumbing contractors will continue mechanical room build-out. 
  • The plumbing contractor will continue plumbing pipe installation on level 1 area A. 
  • The concrete contractor will continue preperation and pouring of the platform and stair B subfloor concrete stairs.

The project will be working on the site this Saturday 8/19/23. Activities will consist of the following:

  • The general trades contractor shall continue exterior sheathing on the area B west elevation. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue interior insulation and drywall installation on level 2 C & D. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue framing and drywall installation of the electrical rooms. 
  • The mechanical contractor will continue the build-out of the mechanical room. 
  • The mechanical contractor will continue installation of mechanical duct on level 1 area D and A. 
  • The waterproofing contractor will continue waterproofing of the kitchen exterior wall and the area D storefront openings.

  • The waterproofing contractor will continue waterproofing of the storefront openings. 
  • The masonry contractor will masonry installation on the area B west elevation. 
  • The window contractor will continue window installation in area A. 
  • The roofing contractor will continue instllation of the metel roof edge. 
  • The metal panel contractor will continue metal panel installation on the outdoor learning lab elevations. 
  • The concrete contractor will continue layout and installtion of formwork for interior equipment pads and elevated slabs. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue insulation and drywall installation on level 2 C&D as well as the remaining electric rooms on level 1. 
  • The painting contractor will continue painting of the electric rooms in preperation for the electrical contractor's buildout.
  • The electrical contractor will continue build out of the level 2 and level 1 electrical room buildout including the main electric room.  
  • The electrical contractor will continue in wall rough-in on level 1 areas C & D. 
  • The mechanical contractor will continue duct installation on level 1 area D & A. 
  • The mechanical contractor will continue displacement diffuser installation on level 1. 
  • The mechanical and plumbing contractor will continue insulation installation for pipe and ductwork.
  • The mechanical contractor will continue in-wall rough-in of mechanical control devices on level 1. 
  • The mechanical contracotr will continue mechanical room equipment setting and tie-in of piping. 
  • The fire protection contractor will continue overhead installation of sprinkler pipe on level 1 area A. 
  • The plumbing contractor will continue in-wall rough-in on level 1 areas C & D.

  • The plumbing continue will continue with plumbing installation on level 1 area C as well as gas pipping on level 1. 
  • The mechanical piping contractor will continue pipping installation in the mechanical room. 
  • The electrical contractor will continue in-wall rough-in on level 2.
