  • The site contractor will continue subgrade preperation of the Outdoor Learning Lab
  • The metal panel contractor will continue the main entrance canopy installation 
  • The window contractor will continue final setting and caulking of the storefront frames
  • The general trades contractor will continue layout and metal framing of the level 1 lobby, cafeteria, and gym perimter wall
  • The general trades contractor will continue taping of level 2 and level 1 area C & D
  • The general trades contractor will continue drywall installation on level 1 area D & A 
  • The painting contractor will continue level 2 classrooms and commence level 2 corridors
  • The painting contractor will continue preperation of the gym CMU for paint
  • The ceiling contractor will continue ceiling grid installation on the level 2 auxilary rooms
  • The fire protection contractor will continue overhead rough in of the exterior stem patio
  • The plumbing contractor will continue level 1 A in wall rough-in and insulation install
  • The mechanical contractor will continue VAV duct connections on level 1 C
  • The mechanical contractor will continue setting radiant panels into ceiling grid
  • The mechanical contractor will receive and set roof top unit curbs onto the roof 
  • The roofing contractor will tie the roofing system into the set roof top unit curbs
  • The electrical contractor will continue overhead rough-in on level 1 area B gym and cafeteria
  • The electrical contractor will commence installation of level 2 lighting area C lighting fixtures
  • The tile contractor will continue installation of level 2 group bathroom floor and wall tile
  • The tile contractor will commence level 2 individual bathroom floor tile

  • The electrical contractor will continue lighting control rough-in on level 2.

  • The site contractor will commence installed sewer line inspections. 
  • The window contractor will continue storefront and curtian wall installation. 
  • The metal panel contractor will continue the main canopy metal panel ceiling installation and the front entrance metal wall panel. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue interior metal framing and soffit erection on level 1 area A & B. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue in-wall blocking on level 1 area A. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue drywall and taping on level 1 C & D. 
  • The painting contractor will continue painting on level Level 1 area C. 
  • The ceiling contractor will continue ceiling grid install on level 2 area C and area D. 
  • The fire protection contractor will continue sprinkler overhead rough-in on level 1 area A & B.  
  • The plumbing contractor will continue in-wall rough in on level 1 area A. 
  • The mechanical contractor will continue tie-in of the level 1 area D VAVs. 
  • The mechanical contractor will continue in-wall duct insulation on level 1 A. 
  • The mechanical contractor will continue radiant heat panel installation in the level 2 area A.

  • The mechanical contractor will continue radiant heat panel final valve connections on level 2. 
  • The electrical contractor will continue main electric room buildout.
