Project Update - Week of August 7th, 2023

  • The general trades contractor will continue drywall and taping of the level 2 area C & D electric rooms.
  • The general trades contractor will continue interior framing on level 1 areas C & D.
  • The general trades contractor will commence interior drywall and insulation on level 2 C.
  • The concrete contractor will form and place the Stair B elevated slab.
  • The concrete contractor will form and place the platform stairs and ramps.
  • The concrete contractor will pour the main electric room slab on grade.
  • The mechanical contractor will continue duct installation on level 1 D & A.
  • The mechanical contractor will continue duct insulation install on level 2.
  • The plumbing contractor will continue in-wall rough in on level 1 C
  • The plumbing contractor will continue gas pipe installation on level 1.
  • The plumbing contractor will commence roof drain tie-in in the gym.
  • The roofing contractor will continue roof edge metal installation.
  • The electrical contractor will continue in-wall rough in on level 2 A and level 1 C.
  • The electrical contractor will continue buildout of the level 2 area C & D electrical rooms.
  • The fireproofing contractor will continue sprinkler pipe installation on level 1 A & B.
  • The masonry contractor will continue masonry veneer installation on A & B exterior elevations.
  • The waterproofing contractor will continue waterproofing membrane on the west elevation of area A & B.
  • The metal panel contractor will continue panel installation on area C & D east bump outs.
  • The metal windows contractor will continue window installation on level 2 A &

Saturday Work - July 29th 2023

The project will be working on the site this Saturday 7/29/23. Activities will consist of the following:

  • The window contractor shall continue with window installation on the South elevation of Area D.
  • The general trades contractor shall continue with setting of door frames and installation of in-wall blocking on Level 2 of Area C.
  • The site contractor shall backfill and prep the subgrade around the electrical vault in the Main Electrical room.
  • The electrical contractor shall complete the underground rough-in to the electrical vault in the Main Electrical room.  This trade shall also continue with in-wall rough-in on Level 2 of Area D.
  • The plumbing contractor shall continue with the installation of gas piping in the mechanical room. 
  • The mechanical contractor shall continue layout and coordination of the mechanical piping in the mechancial room. 
  • The mechanical contractor shall continue with overhead duct installation on Level 1 of Area D.

  • The mechanical contractor will continue layout and coordination of the mechancial room mechanical piping. 
  • The mechanical contractor will continue overhead duct instllation on Level  C.

  • The general trades contractor will complete exterior framing & sheathing in Areas A & B. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue layout and interior framing on level 2 Areas A & B and Level 1 C. 
  • The general trades contractor will commence level 2 C and D wood blocking installation. 
  • The waterproofing contractor will continue waterproofing Areas A & B. 
  • The masonry contractor will continue installation of exterior masonry veneer in Areas A & B
  • The masonry contractor will complete the gymnasium CMU wall. 
  • The concrete contractor will place the stage platform concrete stairs. 
  • The mechanical contractor will continue installation of overhead mechanical duct and piping on Level 2 Area A and Level 1 C. 
  • The mechanical contractor will continue installation of in-wall duct drops to displacement diffusers and installation of duct insulation. 
  • The plumbing contractor will continue installation of overhead and in-wall plumbing on Level 2 Areas D & A, and Level 1 Area D. 
  • The plumbing contractor will commence gas line installation in the mechanical room. 
  • The electrical contractor will continue in-wall rough-in on level 2 D. 
  • The electrical contractor will continue the build out of the level 2 electrical rooms. 
  • The electrical contractor will continue overhead rough-in on level 1. 
  • The fire protection contractor will continue installation of fire protection pipe on Level 1 Area D. 
  • The window contractor will continue with installation of the metal windows in Area D.
  • The metal panel contractor will continue installation of the exterior metal panel system on areas C&D facade.
