  • The general trades contractor will continue exterior framing & sheathing in Areas A & B. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue layout and interior framing on level 2 Areas A & B and Level 1 C. 
  • The waterproofing contractor will continue installation of waterproofing membrane in Areas A & B. 
  • The masonry contractor will continue installation of exterior masonry veneer in Areas A & B
  • The mechanical contractor will continue installation of overhead mechanical duct and piping on Level 2 Area A and Level 1 C. 
  • The plumbing contractor will continue installation of overhead and in-wall plumbing piping on Level 2 Areas D & A, and Level 1 Area D. 
  • The electrical contractor will continue installation of overhead rough-in on Level 2 Area A and continue in-wall rough-in on Level 2 Areas C & D. 
  • The fire protection contractor will continue installation of fire protection pipe on Level 1 Area C. 
  • The window contractor will continue with installation of the metal windows in Area C & D.
  • The metal panel contractor will continue installation of the exterior metal panel system on areas C&D facade.

  • Placement of the slab on grade in the gymnasium and lobby area is tentatively scheduled for Thursday 7/6 or Friday 7/7 weather dependant. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue exterior framing & sheathing in Areas A & B. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue layout and interior framing on level 2 Areas A & B. 
  • The waterproofing contractor will continue installation of waterproofing membrane in Areas A & B. 
  • The masonry contractor will continue installation of exterior masonry veneer in Areas C & D and commence installation on Areas A & B. 
  • The mechanical contractor will continue installation of overhead mechanical duct and piping on Level 2 Area A and Level 1 C. 
  • The plumbing contractor will continue installation of overhead and in-wall plumbing piping on Level 2 Areas D & A, and Level 1 Area D. 
  • The electrical contractor will continue installation of overhead rough-in on Level 2 Area A and continue in-wall rough-in on Level 2 Areas C & D. 
  • The fire protection contractor will commence installation of fire protection pipe on Level 1 Area C. 
  • The window contractor will commence with installation of the metal windows on Area C of the building.
  • The project will be closed on Tuesday 7/4 due to the holiday.

  • The concrete contractor shall complete the preperation of the Slab on Grades in Area A and Gymnasium of the building.
  • Concrete placement of of the gymnasium is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, 6.22. 
  • The misc metals contractor will continue erection of Stair C. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue exterior framing in areas A & B. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue layout and interior framing on level 2 areas C & D. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue layout of interior walls on level 2 A. 
  • The waterproofing contractor will continue installation of waterproofing membrane in areas A & B. 
  • The masonry contractor will continue installation of exterior masonry veneer in Areas C & D. 
  • The mechanical contractor will continue installation of overhead mechanical duct and piping on Level 2 Area A and Level 1 C. 
  • The plumbing contractor will continue installation of overhead and in-wall plumbing piping on Level 2 Areas C, D, & A, and Level 1 Area C. 
  • The electrical contractor will continue installation of overhead rough-in on Level 2 Area A and continue in-wall rough-in on Level 2 Areas C & D. 
  • The fire protection contractor will continue installation of fire protection pipe on Level 2 Area A. 
  • The roofing contractor will ocmmence installation of the roofing system on the Area B low roof.
