  • The site contractor will continue preperation of the perimeter road landscape area and front concrete subgrade
  • The concrete contractor will pour the first third of the outdoor learning lab and pour the front entry stairs. 
  • The waterproofing contractor will continue waterproofing of the stem patio. 
  • The general trades contractor will continue level 1 door and hardware installation. 
  • The resilient flooring contractor will continue the level 1 corridor flooring.
  • The painting contractor will continue final painting of the level 2. 
  • The ceiling contractor will continue the lobby ceiling grid and panel installation. 
  • The ceiling contractor will continue coordinating with the MEP trade partners for ceiling tile device installation on level 1.
  • The millwork and casework contractor will continue installation of the cafeteria acoustic panels. 
  • The millwork and casework contractor will continue the platform subfloor installation and the media center seating. 
  • The plumbing contractor will continue level 1 classroom sink installation and kitchen equipment connections. 
  • The mechanical contractor will continue with equipment commissioning. 
  • The controls contractor will continue integrating equipment into the building management system.
