  • The demolition & abatement contractor has completed abatement of all ACM from the existing FloRo
  • The demolition of the existing FloRo will continue with the 1960s & 50s wings. 
  • The site contractor will be completing initial paving of the bus loop entrance road. 
  • The site contractor will be finalizing installation of the south retaining wall. 
  • The site contractor will be setting grade of the parent drop off entrance road. 
  • The site contractor will continue setting curb for the entrance roads. 
  • The concrete contractor will commence forming and reinforcing of the remaining entrance concrete. 
  • The project will conduct final MEP inspections and NFPA 72 testing. 
  • All contractor's will continue addressing punchlist items.

  • The demolition & abatement contractor has completed abatement of all interior spaces and will continue abatement of the roof. 
  • The demolition & abatement contractor will continue demolition of the existing FloRo Area C. 
  • The site contractor will continue subgrade preparation of all pavement areas. 
  • The site contractor will continue final grade setting in new pavement areas. 
  • The site contractor will commence layout and setting of granite curb. 
  • The concrete contractor will continue forming and reinforcing of the middle school sidewalk area and the loading dumpster pad.
  • The painting contractor will continue painting of exterior rails. 
  • The millwork and casework contractor will continue installation of the exterior benches.
  • The MEP contractors will continue testing, balancing and commissioning of all equipment working with the project's commissioning agent. 
  • The MEP contractors will continue system pre-functional testing of the kitchen equipment. 
  • The electrical contractor will continue final system programming and pre-functional testing. 
  • All contractor's will continue addressing punchlist items.
