  • The demolition & abatement contractor has completed abatement of the existing FloRo area B and will continue abatement of Area A.
  • The demolition & abatement contractor will continue demolition of the existing FloRo Area C. 
  • The site contractor will complete the installation of the entry road infiltration system. 
  • The site contractor will continue subgrade preparation of all pavement areas. 
  • The site contractor will commence final grade setting in new pavement areas. 
  • The concrete contractor will commence forming and reinforcing of the middle school sidewalk area and the dumpster pad.
  • The painting contractor will continue painting of exterior rails. 
  • The millwork and casework contractor will continue installation of the exterior benches.
  • The MEP contractors will continue testing, balancing and commissioning of all equipment working with the project's commissioning agent. 
  • The MEP contractors will continue system pre-functional testing of the kitchen equipment. 
  • The electrical contractor will continue final system programming. 
  • All contractor's will continue addressing punchlist items.

  • The site contractor will continue infiltration system installation now that the south modular unit has been demolished. 
  • The site contractor will continue subgrade preperation of all pavement areas. 
  • The concrete contractor will continue prepparing front entrance concrete walks. 
  • The painting contractor will continue painting of exterior rails and structural steel. 
  • The millwork and casework contractor will continue installation of the media center desk and the exterior benches. 
  • The MEP contractors will continue testing, balancing and commissioning of all equipment working with the project's commissioning agent. 
  • The MEP contractors will continue system pre-functional testing of the kitchen equipment. 
  • The electrical contractor will continue final system programming.

  • The demolition contractor will mobilize to site and commence site preperation activities. 
  • GELD will complete final disconnection of the existing FloRo's electrical service. 
  • The site contractor will commence subgrade preperation of the front entrance pavement areas. 
  • The site contractor will commence existing asphalt stripping of scheduled new pavement areas. 
  • The landscape contractor will continue installation of the kindergarten playground surface.
  • The landscape contractor will complete the building phase irrigation system coodination.  
  • The concrete contractor will commence forming of misc. front entrance concrete walks. 
  • The misc. metals contractor will continue the installation of the exterior loading dock rails and front retaining wall railing. 
  • The painting contractor will continue painting of exterior rails and structural steel. 
  • The millwork and casework contractor will continue installation of the media center desk and the exterior benches. 
  • The MEP contractors will continue testing, balancing and commissioning of all equipment working with the project's commissioning agent. 
  • The MEP contractors will continue system pre-functional testing of the kitchen equipment. 
  • The electrical contractor will continue final system programming. 
  • The carpet contractor will continue carpet installation in the vestibules. 
  • The project's Architect, Studio G Architects, will continue completing the punchlist of level 1 area B. Currently completed all of level 2 and level 1 areas A,C,&D. 
  • All contractor's will commence addressing punchlist items.

  • The site contractor will conduct the existing Florence Roche water and sewer disconnections. 
  • The project team will conduct final coordination of electrical disconnection of the existing FloRo with GELD. 
  • The landscape contractor will continue hydroseed and spreading of mulch around the building. 
  • The landscape contractor will continue installation of the kindergarten playground, curbs, and poured-in-place surface. 
  • The misc. metals contractor will continue the installation of the exterior loading dock rails and front retaining wall railing. 
  • The painting contractor will continue painting of exterior rails and structural steel. 
  • The resilient flooring contractor will continue final setting of transition strips and wall base.  
  • The painting contractor will continue final patching and painting of level 1.
  • The millwork and casework contractor will continue installation of the media center seating & desks and the lobby countertop.   
  • The MEP contractors will continue testing, balancing and commissioning of all equipment working with the project's commissioning agent. 
  • The electrical contractor will continue security system programming. 
  • The food service contractor will commence initial pre-functional testing of the equipment. 
  • The tile contractor will continue installation of the cafeteria and main vestibule wall tile. 
  • The carpet contractor will continue carpet installation in the vestibules. 
  • The project's Architect, Studio G Architects, will continue completing the punchlist of the building. 
  • All contractor's will commence addressing punchlist items.
