  • The concrete contractor will continue forming and pouring the stem patio. 
  • The landscape contractor will continue spreading of loam, layout of trees and shrubs, and finalize irrigiation system install. 
  • The landscape contractor will commence hydroseading of the project's lawn areas around the building. 
  • The landscape contractor will continue installation of the kindergarten playground, curbs, and poured-in-place surface. 
  • The misc. metals contractor will continue the installation of the exterior rails. 
  • The waterproofing contractor will continue exterior expansion joint caulking and remaining interior caulking. 
  • The resilient flooring contractor will continue the level 1 lobby flooring.
  • The resilient flooring contractor will finalize the floor landing and transition strips throughout the building. 
  • The painting contractor will continue final patching and painting of level 1.
  • The ceiling contractor will continue installation of ceiling tiles on level 2 and level 1. 
  • The millwork and casework contractor will continue installation of the stair B and platform stair treads and media center seating. 
  • The wood flooring contractor will commence stage and stair B platform wood flooring system. 
  • The plumbing contractor will be setting hot water valves at all sinks and continue the commissioning process.
